If we're really getting into this, then none of you own him, due to the fact that "owning" is based on oppinion, and oppinion is based on perception. Therefore, in the big picture, no one owns anyone. Wow I'm too smart for my own good.

No, there is a generaly accepted view of what owning someone is. The degree to which ownage has taken place is subjective, however.

Just because it's generally accepted doesn't mean it's right. World hunger is generally accepted, because few people do anything about it. Eating meat is generally accepted, yet it causes unimaginable suffering which isn't neccesarry. Police brutality is generally accepted, yet there are other methods of arrest just as effective.
